An important issue that matters to me is violence against women and girls. There is a great need for young people to begin to participate in development processes; but widespread ignorance on critical issues, such as budgeting, can hinder the development process. Another issue that matters to me is the gap between youth and policy makers, but building a bridge between this gap will remain elusive as long as youth remain ignorant on the policy issues that affect all of us. I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( leggi altro)
